Return Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging for complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Delivery
Please make sure that shipping and billing address are correctly mentioned by the customer while checkout to eliminate any chance of delay. Wearwize Delivers Orders within 24 hours in Patna and 3-7 working days at your doorstep Pan-India.
Shipping Policy
Wearwize offer Free Shipping to all our customers ordering Pan-India with order value above Rs.599. We charge flat Rs. 50/- shipping charge for all orders below Rs. 599. We have the most trusted and well known shipping partners delivering Orders to your doorstep. We have prepared our inventory in such a way that our customers receives the order within 3-7 working days depending upon the customer’s location. The tracking details are sent on customer’s registered Mobile or E-mail address within 24 hours of our warehouse dispatch. We have Cash on Delivery Available only in Patna.
Return & Replacements
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are at Wearwize all sales are final. We will only replace the product in case the product received is Damaged, Defective or Incorrect. In case any unfortunate situation occurs during delivery then we would ask the consumer to share some valid proof if they want a replacement. (eg Unboxing Video of the parcel clearly showing the initial opening of the seal. Our team will look forward and address your issue within 7 working days. Wearwize have the right to refuse the replacement. Customer needs to inform the issue within 24hrs of delivery via E-Mail or WhatsApp.
Cancellation
Currently we are offering cancellation only on those orders which are not dispatched from our warehouse. No cancellation on In-Transit Orders. The amount will be credited in customer’s bank account within 7 working days. We do not charge any cancellation fees.
